The future workplace has room for humans, but job roles will be radically different. As automation and AI capabilities eliminate repetitive, manual work, employees will take on new roles with more creative, analytical, innovative activities. In fact, many of the skills organizations hire for today didn’t exist a mere 10 years ago; that means, for children currently in primary school, 65 percent will work in positions that haven’t yet been created.
